DryHop Brewers is a brewery and kitchen. Our craft beers are only available here in Lakeview, Chicago. And, yes, we do tend to focus on hop-centric ales. Every dish that comes from our kitchen is inspired by the craft beer we brew and designed to mirror the artisanal, neighborhood attitude of the brewery.

Executive Chef Will Befort brings his culinary passion to the kitchen at DryHop. He found an early love for food because cooking was connected to being around the people he loved. He finds joy in transforming raw ingredients into something greater. His menu constantly brims with dishes showcasing the flavors and seasonality of the brewery. Think Chorizo & Potato Tacos, Green Curry Mussels, and, of course, The Burger.

We love hop-centric ales. In addition to our IPAs and Pale Ales, we mostly brew traditional, Belgian, and experimental craft beers. DryHop’s brewmaster, Brant Dubovick, is a ninja-genius when it comes to balancing elements like acidity, bitterness, aroma and mouth feel to derive the perfect combination of flavor.
