Illinois State
Melissa Myers will enter her ninth season as Illinois State's head volleyball coach in 2016. Illinois State has continued its strong volleyball tradition under Myers' leadership. The Redbirds won Missouri Valley Conference regular-season and tournament titles, and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament, in 2014.

Wichita State
Chris Lamb is in his 16th season at Wichita State after guiding the Shockers to their school record 12th-straight 20-win season and 13th-straight Missouri Valley Conference Tournament appearance. In 2013, the Shockers won their fifth Missouri Valley Conference regular-season title and second Valley Tournament title. The team competed in the NCAA Tournament for the seventh-straight season.

Now entering her 20th season as head coach at Missouri State, Melissa Stokes has posted a 414-202 record (a .672 winning percentage) and is the Missouri Valley Conference's all-time winningest coach in league matches with 242 MVC victories.

When thinking about the tradition-filled history of UNI volleyball, few names jump out like Bobbi Petersen's. A former standout on the court for UNI - and arguably the greatest player in the school's history - she has continued her connection with the Purple and Old Gold as both an assistant coach, and as head coach.

In his three seasons in Carbondale, SIU head coach Justin Ingram has rejuvenated Saluki volleyball. In his first season at SIU, Ingram led the Salukis to their first 20-win season since 2002, which included a trip to the 2012 Missouri Valley Conference Championships.

Traci Dahl-Skinner enters her eighth season as the head volleyball coach at Indiana State University with the 2015 campaign. Under her guidance, the program's longest tenured coach, has steadily progressed into a team that is a serious threat to the upper echelon of the Missouri Valley Conference and an annual contender for the MVC post-season tournament.

Former Iowa Western head volleyball coach Darrin McBroom was named the head volleyball coach at Drake University on Monday, March 25, 2013. McBroom spent four seasons as head coach of the Reivers, compiling an outstanding 177-25 overall record and guiding the team to four-straight National Junior College Athletic Association national tournament appearances.

Evansville
Manolo Concepcion enters his third season at the helm of the University of Evansville program in 2015. He is coming off of a 2014 season that built the foundation for a great future for the Purple Aces. Senior Ashley Ring had a stellar season that saw her finish second in the Missouri Valley Conference in kills while earning a spot on the All-Conference First Team.

Bradley
Patrick Sullivan is in his second year with Bradley volleyball after joining the program as an assistant coach in March 2015. No stranger to the Missouri Valley Conference, Sullivan served as a volunteer assistant coach at Northern Iowa for the 2012 season and helped the Panthers to a second-place league finish in addition to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
