Susan Clements was named the sixth head coach in Wright State volleyball history on January 17, 2012 and she hasn't slowed down since in her efforts to build the program into one of the finest in the Midwest. Two Raiders under Clements have earned Horizon League Newcomer Team honors in Marissa Aiello in 2012 and Jessie Thornton in 2014 while Heidi Splinter was named to the HL Fall All-Academic Team in 2012 and 2013.
