Lyndsey Oates was hired as Northern Colorado's fourth head women's volleyball coach on Aug. 8, 2005 - just three days prior to the start of that season's fall camp. She had served the previous two seasons as a Bears assistant coach.

Idaho State
Rick Reynolds is entering his first season with Idaho State University. Reynolds comes to the Bengal volleyball program after a stellar career at Western Wyoming Community College. In his seven years with the Mustangs, he led the team to a 197-87 record, 77-15 record in Region IX North play, two Region IX North Championships in addition to second and third place finishes at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Championships.

Montana
The 2015 season will be Brian Doyon's first year as head volleyball coach at Montana. He was hired in January 2015 after working the previous six years as an assistant at Utah. Doyon becomes just the fourth coach at Montana since 1978, a progression that began with Dick Scott (1978-99) and continued through Nikki Best (2000-05) and Jerry Wagner (2006-13).
