Oregon State University
Laura Berg completed her third season as Oregon State head coach in 2015. Berg joined the Beavers' staff as an assistant prior to the 2012 season after one of the most successful softball careers in NCAA and Team USA history. During the summer of 2012, she also served as an assistant coach for the U.S. Women's National Team in its run at the ISF XIII World Women's Championships in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada, and has worked with Team USA in every summer since.

Stanford University
Rachel Hanson returns for her second year as the head coach in 2015-16. Hanson guided Stanford through a challenging first season filled with adversity. Despite the obstacles, the Cardinal produced a number of highlight moments, defeated five NCAA Tournament teams, recorded single-season top 10 numbers in multiple offensive categories and saw one of the best single-season individual performances in program history by Kayla Bonstrom.

In eight seasons as the Utes' head coach, the sixth coach in program history, Hogue has a 224-208-1 (.518) record at Utah and sports a 421-292-1 (.590) overall record in 14 seasons as a collegiate head coach, which includes six seasons at the NJCAA's Salt Lake Community College.
