Appalachian State
The Appalachian State Mountaineers football team is the college football team at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. The Mountaineers have competed in the Sun Belt Conference since 2014. Appalachian plays its home games in Kidd Brewer Stadium, formerly known as Conrad stadium, which is named after Kidd Brewer, whose 1937 squad was unbeaten and unscored upon during the regular season. The Mountaineers are the first FCS team to win three straight national championships since the playoffs began in 1978.

Arkansas State
The Arkansas State Red Wolves football team represents Arkansas State University in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) college football competition. The team was originally founded in 1911, and, since 2001, Arkansas State has competed as a member of the Sun Belt Conference. The team is currently coached by Blake Anderson. Until 2008, the team's name was the Arkansas State Indians.

Georgia Southern
The Georgia Southern Eagles represent Georgia Southern University in football as part of the Sun Belt Conference under head coach Tyson Summers. The Eagles have won six FCS (I-AA) national championships and have produced two Walter Payton Award winners. The Eagles first continuously fielded a football team in 1924; however, play was suspended for World War II and revived in 1981. The Eagles competed as an FCS independent from 1984 until 1991 as the Eagles' main conference at the time, the Trans America Athletic Conference (now known as the Atlantic Sun Conference), did not sponsor football, and as a member of the Southern Conference from 1992 until 2013, winning 10 SoCon championships.

The Idaho State Bengals football program represents Idaho State University in college football and plays its home games at Holt Arena, an indoor facility on campus in Pocatello. Louisiana Monroe
The Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks football (also referred to as the ULM Warhawks, formerly as the Northeast Louisiana Indians) program is a college football team that represents the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM). With a history dating back to 1931, ULM currently competes in the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision[1] as a member of the Sun Belt Conference (Sun Belt). The Warhawks currently play their home games at Malone Stadium, located on the campus in Monroe, Louisiana. Since December 2009, Todd Berry has served as the Warhawks' head coach.

Texas State
The Texas State Bobcats football program is a college football team that represents Texas State University. They currently play in the Sun Belt Conference. The program began in 1904 and has an overall winning record. The program has a total of fourteen conference titles, nine of them being all out conference titles. Since the 2011 season, the Bobcats have been coached by Dennis Franchione, and home games are played at Bobcat Stadium in San Marcos, Texas.

Troy
The Troy Trojans football program represents Troy University in Troy, Alabama, in the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision, formerly known as Division I-A, of which it has been a member since 2001. The current head coach of the team is Neal Brown. The football program joined the Sun Belt Conference in 2004, while the other Troy athletic programs didn't join the SBC until 2005.
