Head coach Bonnie Kenny enters her 14th season at the helm of the University of Delaware volleyball program in 2015. The 2015 season marks Nichols' 16th year at the helm of the Huskies' volleyball program. Nichols has posted 13 winning seasons in his tenure, including eight straight from 2006-2013. He has guided the Huskies to 10 seasons of 19 wins or more. His overall record at Northeastern now stands at 324-223 (.592) with a conference record of 148-84 (.638).

A former three-time first-team All-American and professional volleyball player, Mary Tendler concluded her 12th season at the helm of the Phoenix in 2014.
