Coming off yet another successful campaign, Carolyn Condit returns for her 32nd season in charge of the volleyball program. The winningest coach in the history of the Miami Athletic Department, Condit enters the 2015 season with a 542-430 record over her first 31 seasons in charge of the Red and White.

With 14 seasons and two Mid-American Conference Championships under his belt, four-time Mid-American Conference Coach of the Year Ray Gooden has put his stamp on the program right in tune with NIU Athletics' mission: "Developing Champions in the Classroom, Competition, and Life."

Kimi Olson was named as the eight Head Volleyball Coach at Eastern Michigan University, Feb. 19, 2015, by Vice President/Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Heather Lyke. Olson will start her first season at EMU in 2015.

Don Gromala enters his fourth year leading the Kent State volleyball program. Hired as the eighth head coach in program history on April 17, 2012, Gromala has led the Golden Flashes to a 35-54 mark over his first three seasons that included back-to-back appearances in the Mid-American Conference Tournament.

Blair Brown Lipsitz was named head volleyball coach on April 7, 2015. A four-time National Champion and two-time First-Team All-American, Lipsitz was most recently director of the U.S Elite Volleyball Camp. “Blair represents our philosophy of developing champions in the classroom and on the court," said White. "She grew up and played in a championship culture, and winning is all she knows. We are confident that Blair can bring this culture to our volleyball program and lead us to the top of the Mid-American Conference.”

BGSU Head Coach Danijela Tomic enters her fourth year at the helm in 2015 and has already made her impact on the volleyball program. In her first year with the Falcons, she took the team to heights never reached before, winning a match in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history and advancing to the second round.

Adam Rollman has been added to head coach Erik Olson's Central Michigan volleyball coaching staff.Rollman, who will join the Chippewas as a full-time assistant, spent last season as the first assistant coach at Jacksonville, helping the Dolphins to the Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament championships and a bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Tom Hanna, who guided Marist to back-to-back regular-season conference championships while earning Conference Coach of the Year honors twice, was named the head women's volleyball coach at the University of Akron on January 28, 2015.

Greg Smith brought with him a formula for success when he was handed the reins of the University of Toledo women's volleyball program on May 11, 2009. Now, Smith has seen his blueprint result in three of the top seasons in the Rocket volleyball program's 34-year history during his brief tenure.
