A 2000 Brown University graduate and former Bears' lacrosse standout, Keely McDonald returned to her alma mater to head the Brown women's lacrosse program during the fall of 2004 following assistant coaching stints at Princeton and Northwestern.

In just three years at the helm of the Bryant women's lacrosse program, head coach Jill Batcheller has turned the Bulldogs into the top program in the Northeast Conference and one of the premier teams in the region.

Orange All-American and lacrosse Hall of Famer Gary Gait has developed the Syracuse program into a perennial challenger for the national championship. Since taking over the helm of the program, Gait has led SU to an overall record of 131-42, two appearances in the national championship game, six entries in the national semifinals and one trip the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals.

Elon University Director of Athletics Dave Blank announced on April 28, 2012, that Josh Hexter would be the first-ever head coach of the Phoenix women's lacrosse program, which began competition in the spring of 2014.

Chelsea Rosiek was announced as the St. Bonaventure University Women's Lacrosse Head Coach on Dec. 21, 2015. Rosiek had been the head coach at Division II Chestnut Hill (Pa.) College since 2012, leading the Griffins to their first Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) playoff berth in six years this past season.

Heather Young is in her 10th season at the helm of the Colgate women's lacrosse program. She has compiled a 79-76 record in nine years with the Raiders and sports a career mark of 89-108 in 12 seasons at the helm of two programs. After posting a losing record in her first season, the native of Syracuse, N.Y., recovered to lead Colgate to back-to-back Patriot League titles in 2008 and 2009, along with two-straight appearances in the NCAA Tournament.

Lisa Miller, who built the Syracuse women's lacrosse program from scratch into a perennial NCAA tournament contender, has reenergized the Harvard lacrosse program over the last seven years and is on the verge of bringing the Crimson program back to the national spotlight.

Shannon Smith, a three-time first-team lacrosse All-American who is among the most decorated players in the sport, is now in her third season as the head women's lacrosse coach at Hofstra University. Smith became the ninth head coach in the history of the Hofstra women's lacrosse program in July 2012.

Amanda Belichick is currently in her first season at Holy Cross as the head coach of the women's lacrosse program in 2016. She is the sixth head coach in program history. During the 2014 and 2015 seasons, Belichick served as the head coach at her alma mater, Wesleyan University.

In August 2015, Howard University Interim Director of Athletics Shelley Davis announced the hiring of Karli Brentlinger as the new head coach of the Bison women's lacrosse program. "We are pleased to bring Coach Brentlinger into the Bison family," Davis said of the hire. "She is a talented young coach with impressive credentials and a desire to take our women's lacrosse program to new heights."

A two-time All-American at James Madison University, Shelley Klaes-Bawcombe returned to her alma mater prior to the 2007 season and enters her 10th year at the helm of the Dukes in the 2016 season. With a 105-57 mark in her previous nine seasons at JMU, Klaes-Bawcombe has led Madison to the Colonial Athletic Association championship game five of the last six seasons, winning the title in 2010, 2011 and 2015 while dropping the other two title games by a combined two goals, which included an overtime loss to top-seeded Towson in 2014.

Samantha Eustace was named the Mercer women's lacrosse head coach on Aug. 19, 2015. "I am proud to announce the hiring of Samantha Eustace to lead our women's lacrosse program," Director of Athletics, Jim Cole said. "Samantha comes from a nationally recognized program and rose to the top of our search list because of her reputation as an outstanding coach and more importantly as a person of high character.”

Wendy Stone enters her third season as Purple Eagles' head women's lacrosse coach. Prior to her time in Niagara, Stone spent three years at Longwood University in Farmville, Va.- two seasons as an assistant coach and one season as an interim head coach.

Brittany Fortunado (formerly Hauser) was named the interim women's lacrosse head coach at Quinnipiac in the summer of 2015. She begins her fifth full season with the Bobcats, serving as an assistant coach for her first four seasons with the team. After first being brought on-board in the summer of 2010, Hauser helped lead Quinnipiac to its first-ever NEC Championship in 2011.

Katy Phillips enters her 11th season as the head coach of the Robert Morris women's lacrosse team, seeking further growth in the program's second decade of existence. Since her appointment to the position in 2004, Phillips has built the program from the ground up, surrounding the team with exceptional talent, tough competition and the means for success.

Head Coach Laura Cook has built the Sacred Heart women's lacrosse program into one of the top-teams year in and year out in the Northeast Conference. Cook is entering her 15th year on the Pioneer sidelines and has guided Sacred Heart to three Northeast Conference Championships in over the last six years.

The Tiger women's lacrosse team continues to be a dominant force in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) under Head Coach Sonia LaMonica. Towson made its fifth straight appearance in the CAA Championship game under LaMonica during the 2015 season.

Amy Appelt enters her second season as co-head coach of the UMBC women's lacrosse program, after being hired in July of 2012. Appelt spent three seasons as an assistant coach for the Retrievers, prior to being named co-head coach. In her first campaign on the staff, UMBC posted its best season since 2002, with an 11-7 overall mark and its first-ever trip to the America East title game.

Sarah Albrecht, whose impressive playing pedigree includes two collegiate national championships at Northwestern University and seven years on the U.S. women's national senior team with two selections to the All-World Team, was named the University of New Hampshire women's lacrosse head coach in July 2012.

Vermont head coach Jen Johnson became the all-time winningest coach in program history in 2015 after leading the Catamounts to 11 wins and their fifth appearance (third consecutive trip) to the America East Playoffs.

John Sung was selected in May 2011 as the first women's lacrosse coach in school history. Sung is considered a pioneer in women's lacrosse after beginning a successful program at Adrian College in Michigan four years ago.

The 2015-16 season marks Emma Wallace's fourth year as the head coach of the American University lacrosse team. Wallace joined the AU staff during the 2012-13 season as the interim head coach.

Acacia Walker enters her fourth season in 2015-16 as the head coach of the Boston College women's lacrosse team. She took over the position on May 23, 2012. As either a player or coach, Walker has participated in 12 of the last 13 NCAA Tournaments and was a part of Northwestern's three consecutive NCAA titles from 2006-08 as an assistant coach.

After wrapping up her fifth season in 2015 as the head coach of the University of Delaware women's lacrosse program, Kateri Linville has led the Blue Hens to three consecutive winning seasons while guiding her alma mater to 44 victories and a 51.8 winning percentage to date.

In 2016 Allen begins her fourth season at the helm. A Columbus, Ohio native, she took over the head coaching reigns in January 2013 and promptly produced BU's first-ever first team all-conference player and two more all-rookie selections. In 2015, Allen's Bearcats set nine single-season and career records.

Randall (Goldsborough) Swope, a former standout player at the University of Maryland and with the U.S. National Team, is in the fifth year of her second stint as Bucknell's head women's lacrosse coach. Swope previously coached the Bison in 2003 and 2004, leading the team to .500 or better records and berths in the Patriot League Tournament both years, and she returned to the Bucknell sideline prior to the 2012 campaign.

Brooke Eubanks, who won multiple medals as a player for the Canadian Senior National Team, is set to being her second season as head coach for women's lacrosse at Cal in 2016.

Director of Athletics Paul Schlickmann has announced the hiring of Tanya Kotowicz as Central Connecticut's new head women's lacrosse coach. "I am grateful for the opportunity Director of Athletics Paul Schlickmann and Associate Athletics Director Amy Strickland have given me and I feel fortunate to join the Central Connecticut family," Kotowicz said.

Jenny Graap returned to her alma mater in 1997 with one goal in mind: to build the Cornell women's lacrosse team into a championship contender. Now entering her 19th year at the helm in 2015-16, the 2002 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Coach of the Year and 2006 Inside Lacrosse Magazine and IWLCA Northeast Coach of the Year has developed the Big Red women's lacrosse program into one of the most successful in the nation.

Ann Elliott enters her third season at the helm of the Buffs newest sport, and she has already made a mark, leading the Buffs to the post season in both of the first two seasons of the program's existence.

The 2015 season was the 23rd for head coach Amy Patton at Dartmouth, having led the Big Green to unprecedented success both within the Ivy League and on the national scale.

Davidson College Athletic Director Jim Murphy announced the hiring of Kim Wayne on July 23, 2008 as the new head coach for the Wildcat women's lacrosse program. She will begin her eighth season in 2016 as head coach as she looks to help the Wildcat continue their success as they enter their second year in the Atlantic 10.

Liza Kelly completed her ninth season as head coach of the University of Denver in 2015, leading the Pioneers to a 13-5 finish and their fourth straight winning season. Kelly led the Pioneers to their second-straight NCAA Tournament in 2014, where they beat Jacksonville to advance to the Round of 16.

Laura Maness will enter her fifth year in 2015-16 as the head coach of the University of Detroit Mercy women's lacrosse team. Maness led Detroit to a school-record 10 wins in 2014-15 and the program's first season above .500 (10-8).

Hannah Rudloff begins her third season at the helm of the Drexel women's lacrosse team in 2015-16. She was named the head women's lacrosse coach in July of 2013 after dedicating three seasons as an assistant coach. From 2010 to 2013, Rudloff worked extensively with the Dragons' attack unit.

Delaware State University announced the appointment of Jillian Lontz as the first head coach of the university's new lacrosse program in November 2011. Lontz, a former standout at Wesley College in Dover, most recently served as an assistant women's lacrosse coach at her alma mater. During the 2011 season, Wesley set a team scoring record and placed six players on the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) All-Academic Team.

Laura Field assumed the role of head coach of the Fairfield women's lacrosse team following the 2015 season. The upcoming spring will be her eighth overall campaign with the Stags.

Rachel Whitten is entering her third season at the helm of the Furman women's lacrosse program in the 2015-16 school year. In 2015, the inaugural year of Furman women's lacrosse, Whitten guided her team to a 9-6 overall record and 4-3 Atlantic Sun record and appearance in the A-Sun tournament.

Amanda O'Leary, an experienced coach who played the sport at its highest level, finished her sixth season at the helm of the Florida Gators with the program's fifth NCAA Tournament bid. O'Leary has turned her team into a national powerhouse since its inception in 2010.Hired to lead Florida's inaugural lacrosse team on June 22, 2007, O'Leary had the opportunity to recruit and organize the program before the Gators began competition in the 2010 season.

Kylee White, a four-time member of Canadian World Cup teams, enters her fifth season as San Diego State women's lacrosse head coach in 2016. Women's lacrosse became the 19th collegiate sport at SDSU in 2012 and the first addition since 2000, when women's indoor track and field began competition.

Gina Oliver, a first team All-American and two-time FIL World Cup gold medalist in her playing days, has raised the bar over her first two seasons as lacrosse coach at the University of Cincinnati, completing the most successful consecutive seasons in program history.

Head coach Bob Dachille took over the young program in the fall of 2014 and led the team to a 3-14 overall record in his first season. Dachille's first season produced many record-setting performances, including Katy Richardson's nine goals scored against Delaware State on March 28, 2015, which break's PC's record for goals scored in a single-game.

The upcoming 2015-16 season marks Jessica Giglio's fifth year as the Fresno State head lacrosse coach with the Bulldogs heading into their eighth season as a program.

Dawn Easley enters her second season at Campbell in the third year of program history in Buies Creek. Easley led the Camels to a 7-9 mark in her first season in the Creek, going 2-5 in Big South play. Campbell defended its home field with a 4-2 record at Barker-Lane Stadium.

Kristen Selvage was introduced as the second head coach of the Coastal Carolina lacrosse program on Aug. 18, 2015. Selvage spent the previous 15 years as the head coach at Lock Haven where she led the program to three NCAA Division II championship appearances since 2009.

Andrea Cofrin was named Columbia's head women's lacrosse coach on Thursday, September 3, 2015 by Peter Pilling, Columbia's Director of Intercollegiate and Physical Education. Cofrin was most recently an assistant coach at Yale University for the 2014-15 season after leading Saint Anselm to its first NCAA Tournament appearance as the head coach in 2013-2014.

The first and only lacrosse coach at Oregon, Jen Beck just completed her 11th season with the Ducks in 2015. Beck has been steadily building the program since her hiring two years prior to the inaugural season in 2005. Beck enters the 2015 season with a 119-95 career record and a 43-36 record in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF).

The only head coach in Duke women's lacrosse history, Kerstin Kimel has led the program from its inception in 1996, molding the Blue Devils into one of the nation's elite teams.

Mike Scerbo enters his 10th season as the head coach of Duquesne's lacrosse program. Scerbo is just the second mentor in the 18-year history of the DU lacrosse program. He took over the Duquesne position in August of 2005 after a four-year stint as an assistant coach at Ohio State from 2002 to 2005.

Candace Taglianetti Bossell enters her seventh season as head coach of the La Salle University Women's Lacrosse program for the 2014-15 school year. In her six seasons on 20th and Olney so far, she has coached an Academic All-American, an A-10 Student-Athlete of the Year, an Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year, two A-10 Rookies of the Year, six First Team picks, seven Second Team honorees, nine All-Rookie selections and eight Academic All-Conference honorees.

At home and abroad, Scott Teeter has proved to be one of the most successful coaches in women's lacrosse - winning at both the collegiate and international levels.

Four-time national champion Christy Leach was named as Stetson's second lacrosse head coach on June 23. “Christy Leach understands what it takes to be successful in the classroom and on the playing field,” said Altier. “She has played for, and coached with, the top programs in the country and will bring this experience to Stetson. I look forward to watching her lead the Stetson Lacrosse program into the future.”

Entering her 21st season, Jenny Levy is among the most accomplished coaches in NCAA women's lacrosse annals. She is the fourth-winningest coach in NCAA Division I women's lacrosse history and the fourth-winningest active coach in the nation. She has led the Tar Heels to eight appearances in the NCAA Tournament semifinals, including five in the last seven years. Her 25 NCAA Tournament wins rank fifth in NCAA history.

Elizabeth Gainer was named Manhattan College's head women's lacrosse coach in September 2013. Gainer came to Manhattan after serving as the head coach at Holy Family University, where she led the Tigers to a 27-9 record and two consecutive conference championships in two seasons. A four-year letterwinner in lacrosse at Loyola (Md.), Weber has also held assistant coaching positions at Villanova and La Salle.

Alison Fisher enters her seventh season as head coach of the Lafayette women's lacrosse program, coming off a 2013 season in which the Maroon and White finished with an overall record of 7-10. Fisher led the Leopards to the Patriot League Tournament for the first time since 2004 in 2012 and had an All-Patriot League career in field hockey and lacrosse as a player with the Leopards from 1997-2001.

Meredith Black recently completed her third season and fourth year at Marquette in 2014-15. She was named the first head coach in Marquette women's lacrosse history on Feb. 4, 2011.

George Mason assistant vice president/director of athletics Brad Edwards announced former UVA All-American Jessica Morgan as the fourth head women's lacrosse coach in program history. Morgan has spent the last four seasons as an assistant coach at her alma mater, a perennial NCAA championship contender.

Chris Sailer begins her 30th season at the helm of the Princeton women's lacrosse program for the 2015-16 academic year. She was inducted into the US Lacrosse National Hall of Fame in 2008. She has guided the team to three NCAA championships, 11 national semifinal appearances, 22 NCAA tournament appearances and 11 Ivy League titles.

Head coach Missy Doherty is set for her sixth year at Penn State in 2016 as she leads the Nittany Lions as defending Big Ten Tournament champions. Doherty's guidance has seen Penn State reach four straight NCAA Tournaments and three NCAA Quarterfinals in that timespan.

Jessica O'Brien took over the head coaching position of the Marist women's lacrosse team on September 29, 2010. A member of the Marist women's lacrosse team from 2005-08 who was part of the Red Foxes' first MAAC championship team, O'Brien is a two-time MAAC Coach of the Year.

Carissa Medeiros will enter her second season at the reigns of the UMass Lowell women's lacrosse program, which played its inagural season in 2015. Under Medeiros' direction, goalkeeper Courtney Barrett was named to the America East All-Rookie Team, and Laura Kender was named to the All-Academic Team.

Since Amy Bokker joined the Cardinal for the 2009 season, she has established Stanford as the West's premier program, consistently ranked among the country's Top 20. Bokker ranks first all-time among Stanford coaches in winning percentage (.722) and victories, having gone 96-37 in seven seasons.

Liz Robertshaw enters her 10th season as the head coach of the Boston University lacrosse team for the 2015-16 season. Robertshaw has been a driving force behind the emergence of the Terriers onto the national scene and has led BU to six America East tournaments and won the title game in her first four seasons.

Ricky Fried is now in his 12th season at the helm of the Hoya program after serving as a Georgetown assistant coach in 2003 and 2004. In his first 11 seasons, Fried has led the Hoyas to a 124-77 overall record and a 60-12 record in BIG EAST regular season games. During the 2014 season, he became the winningest coach in program history following a 13-6 win over Temple on April 19.

Tracy Coyne was named head coach of the GW lacrosse program entering the 2014-15 academic year. The 2006 NCAA Division I National Coach of the Year brings a proven record of success to GW after taking over Notre Dame's inaugural varsity program and turning it into a perennial powerhouse that included a Big East Conference Championship, two NCAA Championship Quarterfinal appearances and a trip to the Final Four.

Jillian Krick was named head coach at Gardner-Webb on June 19, 2015, continuing the process of building a new program after serving as an assistant coach during the program's inaugural season. “Jillian was impressive during the interview process,” said Vice President for Athletics Chuck Burch.

The architect of High Point University's championship-winning women's lacrosse team, Lyndsey Boswell took the reigns of HPU's new program in 2009 and quicky built the Panthers into a league power.

After an outstanding playing career at Stanford, Megan Burker came to Virginia Tech as an assistant coach. Four years later, she moved into the head coach's spot, as then-Tech AD Jim Weaver named her the interim coach for the 2011 season following Katrina Silva's resignation.

Janine Tucker, a five-time IWLCA Regional Coach of the Year, is the all-time winningest coach at Johns Hopkins with a 249-129 (.658) record in 22 seasons, including a 191-113 (.616) mark at the Division I level. She took over the Blue Jay women's lacrosse program in August 1993 and successfully guided the program's transition from Division III to Division I without missing a beat.

Michelle Mason enters her seventh season as head coach of the Iona College women's lacrosse program during the 2014-15 campaign. She is the second-ever coach at Iona after being appointed to the position on Aug. 6, 2008. Mason came to New Rochelle from Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire where she held the same position for two seasons.

Mindy McCord enters her seventh season as the Jacksonville women's lacrosse head coach and has compiled a record of 81-35 in her first six years with the Dolphins. Overall, this is her 27th season as a coach at the high school or collegiate level.

Head Coach Kristina Llanes enters her fourth year at Kennesaw State after being introduced as the inaugural head coach on May 30, 2012. “Kristina Llanes brings to Kennesaw State a great understanding of women's lacrosse in the Southeast because she has already coached and recruited here,” Director of Athletics Vaughn Williams said.

Jill Redfern enters her eighth year as head coach of the Lehigh women's lacrosse program in 2016. She has led the Mountain Hawks to five Patriot League Tournaments in her tenure, including in each of her first three seasons, which extended Lehigh's overall streak to five in a row. In her time, the Mountain Hawks own a 62-55 record, including seasons of 11, 14 and 10, as Redfern continues to take the Lehigh program to new heights.

Kelly Nangle was named the second head coach in the history of Liberty's women's lacrosse program on June 21, 2013. Nangle collected her first win at the helm of the program came on Feb. 21, 2014 when the Lady Flames defeated Elon 13-9 at Liberty Lacrosse Field.

Allison Hanley begins her fourth season as head coach at LIU Brooklyn in 2015-16. Hanley came to LIU following tenures at Hofstra University and at the University of Richmond as an assistant coach.

Elaine Jones is in her third year at Longwood University during 2014-15, beginning employment on August 10, 2012. Jones, formerly the head coach at the University of California Davis, is responsible for all aspects of the program, including oversight of practice and game preparation, game strategy and recruiting. Longwood finished 9-10 overall during 2014, including a 5-2 record in the Big South Conference, advancing to the conference tournament semifinals as the No. 3 seed.

Innovative. Difference-Maker. Creative. Stellar. Spectacular: All words used to describe Jen Adams throughout her illustrious playing career on the collegiate and international levels. Those same adjectives hold true for her coaching and leadership styles as she enters her sixth season at the helm of the Loyola women's lacrosse program in 2014.

The 2016 season will mark Jennifer Ulehla's third as the head coach of the University of Michigan women's lacrosse team, while she has been leading the Wolverines since Sept. 8, 2011, when she was announced as the first head coach in program history.

Eileen Ghent was announced as the fifth women's lacrosse head coach in program history on August 21, 2015 after serving four seasons as an assistant coach.

Former U.S. National Team player Lauren Schwarzmann enters her second season as the Mount St. Mary's women's lacrosse head coach in 2016 after a successful first season in 2015. Schwarzmann, who was named the ninth head coach in Mount history on July 8, 2014, gained experience through assistant coaching positions at Cincinnati, San Diego State and Stanford prior to taking over the program.

Legendary head coach Cindy Timchal will enter her ninth season at the helm of the women's lacrosse program at the United States Naval Academy in 2016. Timchal, who is entering her 34th year as a head coach, is the NCAA's all-time leader in career wins (460) for any division, in men's or women's college lacrosse.

Back in May of 2005, Kelly Amonte Hiller etched her name in the annals of college athletics when she guided her upstart Northwestern team to an undefeated season and the first lacrosse NCAA Championship ever won by a team outside the Eastern time zone. Since then, Amonte Hiller has turned what was an etching in the NCAA record books into one of the most stunning, compelling and awe-inspiring chapters ever written on the topic.

Heather Holt is entering her fifth season at the helm of the ODU lacrosse program. Holt was named head coach in June 2012 by Athletic Director Dr. Wood Selig. Holt served as the interim head coach for the Lady Monarchs during the 2012 season after serving as an assistant coach for 12 seasons under Sue Stahl.

Alexis Venechanos enters her sixth season at the helm of the Ohio State women's lacrosse team in 2016 and has turned the program into one of the nation's best during her tenure. She has amassed a record of 55-38 at Ohio State and boasts a career record of 91-76 as a head coach.

As Bonnie Rosen enters her 10th season at the helm of Temple lacrosse in 2016, her contributions to the sport and to the community continue to be recognized by many. Over the past nine seasons on North Broad Street, Rosen, a 2010 US Lacrosse Hall of Fame inductee, has guided the Owls to significant achievements on the field and through valuable growth experiences off the field.

Through 16 seasons as head coach at the University of Pennsylvania, Karin Brower Corbett has established Penn as one of the nation's elite women's lacrosse programs. With eight Ivy League titles from 2007-14 and three trips to the national semifinals, Corbett's teams have established themselves as perennial NCAA powers. The pinnacle of the recent run was the 2008 season where the Quakers were NCAA Finalists and spent a number of weeks ranked No. 1 in the country after defeating Northwestern in the regular season.

Allison Kwolek has helmed the UR women's lacrosse program since the 2013 season. She has led the squad to back-to-back 10-win seasons for the first time since 2007 and 2008. In Feburary, 2015, the former U.S. National Team standout defender was inducted into the Lacrosse Hall of Fame, Potomac Chapter.

Rutgers head coach Laura Brand-Sias completed her 13th year at the helm of the program in 2015 after leading the Scarlet Knights into the inaugural season of Big Ten women's lacrosse. With more than 100 career victories “On the Banks,” Brand-Sias remains committed and determined to building a program that competes among the nation's elite.

Gregg Gebhard enters his fifth season in charge of the Saint Francis University's women's lacrosse program in 2015-16. Under his watch, the Red Flash have had some of the most successful seasons in program history.

Bryana Borrelli enters her second season as the head coach of the Siena College women's lacrosse program. Appointed the sixth head coach in program history on August 4, 2014, Borrelli spent the previous two seasons as an assistant coach at Duquesne University.

A five-time National Champion, three time All-American, and two-time NCAA Goalkeeper of the Year, Alex Kahoe returns for her second season as head coach of the Saint Joseph's women's lacrosse program in 2015-16. Kahoe was named the head coach of the Hawks on August 11, 2014.

Jessica Mucci became the sixth lacrosse coach in program history, taking the helm in September of 2014. With Mucci at the helm, the Gaels have a leader with a wide range of coaching experiences including collegiate, professional and international. Most recently, she was an assistant for the Gaels in 2014, also spending time as a head coach for the local Bearlax Club Team and Tenacity 10 as a Trainer and Camp Director.

Joe Spallina embodies Long Island lacrosse, and after a successful run as the head coach of the Adelphi women's program, he has taken over the Stony Brook women's lacrosse team and turned it into an immediate winner.

Erica LaGrow was announced as Yale's Joel E. Smilow, Class of 1954 Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse on July 1, 2015. Prior to joining the Bulldogs, the former US National Team member spent seven years as an assistant coach at Florida. LaGrow helped the Gators make five straight NCAA Tournament appearances, win five regular season conference championships and win three conference tournament championships. She also has a gold medal from the Women's World Cup during her time playing with the National Team.
