Head coach Shaunessy Saucier will begin her seventh season at the helm for the Bryant University field hockey team in 2015-16. Amidst an injury-ridden season, Saucier and the Black and Gold finished 4-13 in 2014. The season featured eight one-goal losses, including four in overtime. Seniors Rosie Bird and Kelsey Hiltebeitel put a bookend on their storied Bryant careers each earning First Team All-MAAC honors.

Entering her ninth year as the head coach of the Monmouth University field hockey team, Carli Figlio's program has consistently excelled both on the field and in the classroom. Figlio's Hawks reached the pinnacle during the 2014 season, leading her team to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championships and earned the program's first-ever berth in the NCAA Tournament, while continuing to be lauded for academic success.

In 2015, Quinnipiac field hockey head coach Becca Main completed her 21st season at the helm of a program that she has built into an perennial power, previously in the Northeast Conference and now in the newly formed Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. A formidable regional opponent for years, Main's program continues to ascend to new heights as the Bobcats are just two years removed from recording the best record in program history (14-7) in 2013 as well as the first MAAC Championship in the history of Quinnipiac Athletics.

Lori Hussong joined the Rider athletics staff in 2000 as the field hockey head coach and has enjoyed nothing but success.

Katie Kloeckener will enter her fourth season as Head Coach and eighth season as a member of the Sacred Heart University field hockey coaching staff in 2015-16. Kloeckener served as the team's Interim Head Coach in the fall of 2010 and took over the program full-time in 2012.

Kara Zappone enters her fourth season as the head coach of the Siena Field Hockey program. A local product from nearby Queensbury, N.Y., during her short time Zappone has continued to build the program and has led the team to victories in consecutive seasons for the first time since 2009-2010.
