One of the longest tenured coaches in NCAA women's basketball history, Wanda Watkins has gathered countless honors and milestones during her 34-year stay at Campbell. Entering her 35th year with the Lady Camel program, Watkins is the 29th winningest active coach in the Division I ranks, and her 536 wins ranks 49th among active coaches.

Fred Applin begins his fourth season as the head coach of the CSU women's basketball team after assuming the mantle of the 15th coach in program history in 2012 after serving as an assistant with both the East Carolina and Wake Forest programs.

Bill Reinson is in his 13th year at Longwood University during 2014-15, and in his fifth year as head coach with an overall record of 35-80 since first taking over as the interim head coach on December 6, 2010. He was officially elevated to the head coaching position on April 12, 2011. Reinson led Longwood to an overall record of 8-22 during 2013-14, including a record of 5-15 in the Big South Conference. The Lancers lost in the first round of the conference tournament as the No. 10 seed.
