The Canisius Golden Griffins men's basketball team, or Griffs, represents Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, United States. Canisius is a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference and play their home games at Koessler Center. Their home jerseys are mainly yellow, and their away jerseys are mainly blue. The team is coached by Jim Baron.

The Fairfield Stags men's basketball team represents Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut and competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference of NCAA Division I. The Stags play their home games in the 9,500-seat, state-of-the-art Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport, Connecticut and play two games per season in Alumni Hall back on the campus of Fairfield University. The team is currently coached by Sydney Johnson, the 2011 Ivy League Coach of the Year.

The Iona Gaels men's basketball team represents Iona College in New Rochelle, New York in NCAA Division I competition. The school's team competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) and plays home games in Hynes Athletic Center. As of 2010 the Gaels are coached by Tim Cluess.

The Manhattan Jaspers men's basketball team is the basketball team that represents Manhattan College in The Bronx, New York City, New York, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

The Marist Red Foxes men's basketball team is the basketball team that represents Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The Red Foxes have qualified for the NCAA Tournament twice, losing in the first round in both instances. Prior to joining the MAAC in 1997, Marist was a charter member of the ECAC Metro Conference in 1981; which became the Northeast Conference in 1988.

The Monmouth Hawks men's basketball team represents Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. They are currently led by head coach King Rice and play their home games at the Multipurpose Activity Center. The Hawks have wins over UCLA, USC, Notre Dame, and Georgetown which are their biggest wins in program history in their 2015-2016 campaign.

The Niagara Purple Eagles men's basketball team is the college basketball team that represent Niagara University in Lewiston, New York, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The team formerly played at the now-defunct Niagara Falls Convention and Civic Center from 1973 to 1982 and from 1988 to 1996.

The Quinnipiac Bobcats men's basketball team represents Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. They are currently led by head coach Tom Moore and play their home games at the TD Bank Sports Center.

The Rider Broncs men's basketball team is the basketball team that represents Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

The Saint Peter's Peacocks basketball team is the basketball team that represents Saint Peter's University in Jersey City, New Jersey. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

The Siena Saints men's basketball team (formerly the Siena Indians) represents Siena College in Loudonville, New York, United States. The Division I program competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference and the annual Franciscan Cup.
