Mid American

The Ball State Cardinals baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, USA.[1] The team is a member of the Mid-American Conference West division, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. Ball State's first baseball team was fielded in 1920. The team plays its home games at Ball Diamond in Muncie, Indiana. The Cardinals are coached by Rich Maloney.

The Bowling Green Falcons baseball team are the baseball team that represents Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. The school's team currently plays in the East Division of the Mid-American Conference in NCAA Division I since 1953. The Falcons have played in three NCAA Tournaments, going in 1972 1999 and 2013.

The Central Michigan Chippewas baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, USA. Eastern Michigan's first baseball team was fielded in 1901. The team plays its home games at Oestrike Stadium in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

The Kent State Golden Flashes baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, United States. The team competes at the Division I level of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) as a member of the Mid-American Conference East division. The head coach is retired Major League Baseball player Jeff Duncan, who was hired in June 2013.

The Miami RedHawks baseball team (formerly the Miami Redskins) is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, USA. The team is a member of the Mid-American Conference East division, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. Miami's first baseball team was fielded in 1915. The team plays its home games at McKie Field at Hayden Park in Oxford, Ohio. The RedHawks are coached by Dan Hayden, who was hired prior to the 2014 season.

The Northern Illinois Huskies baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois, USA. The team is a member of the Mid-American Conference West division, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. Northern Illinois' first baseball team was fielded in 1900. The team plays its home games at Ralph McKinzie Field in DeKalb, Illinois. The Huskies are coached by Mike Kunigonis.

The Ohio baseball program has won 14 MAC regular season titles in 1947, 1948, 1953, 1954, 1956, 1960, 1964, 1965, 1968, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, and 1991. The team has also won a MAC tournament title in 1997, and has made a College World Series appearance in 1970. There have been a total of 23 Bobcats in the major leagues, and hundreds more in the minors. Most notably, hall of famer Mike Schmidt was a Bobcat, selected 30th in the 1971 Major League Baseball draft following his senior season.

The Buffalo Bulls baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of the University at Buffalo in Amherst, New York, USA. The team is a member of the Mid-American Conference East division, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. The team plays its home games at Amherst Audubon Field in Amherst, New York.[2] The Bulls are coached by Ron Torgalski.

The Akron Zips baseball team was a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, United States. The team played in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division I level as a member of the Mid-American Conference (MAC) from 1993 until 2015. Home games were played at Lee R. Jackson Field from 1967 to 2015.

The Western Michigan Broncos baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA. The team is a member of the Mid-American Conference West division, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. Western Michigan's first baseball team was fielded in 1911. The team plays its home games at Hyames Field in Kalamazoo. The Broncos are coached by Billy Gernon.
