Hurghada is known mostly for its sandy beaches and excellent scuba diving. If this doesn't sound like something you're interested in, it might not be the destination for you.

There are many resorts to choose from. Some may have all-inclusive options, private beaches, private reefs for snorkeling, in house dive-companies. Find what you're interested in and choose from these options. For those who aren't scuba certified, many companies have options to guide you on scuba diving without a certification. If you have time you can also sign up for a certification course also.
